A New Roof, Sprinklers & Wheelchair Ramp
Today is the day that 300 layers of patch and rotted sludge are coming off! By far this is the most costly work of the project but will be greatly beneficial (b/c a roof is kinda important)! The work should take about 10 days to replace 12000 sq ft. and the hidden rafters will be exposed to the sun after hiding for nearly 100 years.
Other developments: the sprinkler system is being dug and a wheelchair ramp constructed.
