Hello & Welcome
Hello - We are Jason & Heather Lanker, owners of the Brick Ballroom, LLC. We renovated this 1928 car dealership in the Brick Ballroom because we love to refurbish old things into usable possibilities. We have been married for 26 years and have two grown daughters who bring constant joy and humor into our lives.
The History of Our Building
You have discovered the Brick Ballroom a national historic building in Siloam Springs.
Our monumental building was built in 1928 and helped downtown Siloam’s economy thrive as a Chevrolet dealership and the Jones Garage for decades.

About The Brick Ballroom
Fully restored in 2018, the Brick Ballroom is one of the most enchanting special events and wedding venues in Northwest Arkansas. A unique landmark where sophistication meets history in an eclectic mix of mystery and beauty- all nestled in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs Historic District. We specialize in spectacular weddings, corporate events, private soirees, and fundraising galas; the Brick Ballroom is an ideal location for both the traditional and unconditional event.
Today we are a proud contributor to the revitalization of downtown. Our building houses a retail store, apartments, a restaurant, in addition to our gorgeous venue. While we maintain our neighborhood feel, we are just minutes distance away from hotels, air bnb's, casino, & restaurants. We cannot wait for you to be our guest and enjoy all that Siloam Springs has to offer.

Awards & Recognition
Our first year open The Brick Ballroom was voted by Southern Celebration Magazine the #1 Venue in the state of Arkansas!
Perhaps it's because of our grand floor setting, three crystal chandeliers, lofty wood trusses, 2000 sq ft wood dance floor and the original massive row of industrial metal windows.
We were also approached by Arkansas Bride who wrote an article about our Grand Opening, read all about it here. A few months later photographer Ashton Rail won the Editors Choice Wedding Picture for Arkansas Bride, it was a picture of Gabby & Austin Grothe exiting their wedding outside the Brick Ballroom.

More excitement was stirred in Siloam Springs when the Small Business Revolution chose our downtown to be in it's final 5 running to star in its Hulu TV show. Amanda Brinkman and her crew visited Downtown Siloam for a few days and held a town party in The Brick Ballroom.
​
Most recently we have won the Award of Excellence by the State of Arkansas 2018-2020. We won for Best Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit project. Indeed we have kept our building historic while bringing it up to code.
